About the Job
The Event Coordinator at Elle Seller will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing company events, including promotional campaigns, trade shows, and internal company functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure events run smoothly from conception to completion.
 Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating company events, including meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Working with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to secure the necessary resources for successful events.
- Managing event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and technical support.
- Developing event timelines, budgets, and detailed action plans.
- Coordinating event marketing efforts, such as social media promotion and print materials.
- Ensuring that events adhere to company policies and brand standards.
- Assisting in post-event evaluation and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align event goals with overall company strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
