We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide variety of events, from corporate conferences and workshops to social events and community gatherings. Your creativity and organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of our clients and stakeholders.
Salary range:
$1250 - $1800 /week

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events from conception to completion according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed event documentation including contracts, schedules, and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
