Position Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to lead our grassroots marketing initiatives, fortify our brand presence, and drive patient engagement across our clinics in Alabama, Georgia, and North Florida.
 

Responsibilities:
As our Event and Field Marketing Coordinator, you'll spearhead our event-centric approach, focusing on:

- Planning and executing grand opening events for new clinics, strategizing for successful launches.
- Building community ties through networking with schools, chambers of commerce, and local stakeholders.
- Organizing and participating in various community events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborating with our social media team to support clinic-specific initiatives.

Expectations:
This role involves extensive travel, including overnight stays, to immerse yourself in the communities surrounding our clinics. Your territory includes Valdosta, GA; Quincy, FL; Tallahassee, FL; Alachua, FL; Thomasville, GA; Gainesville, FL; Augusta, GA; Starke, FL; Milton, FL; Hazlehurst, GA; Hinesville, GA; Macclenny, FL; Bainbridge, GA; Live Oak, FL; Athens, GA; Fitzgerald, GA; Cairo, GA; Callahan, FL; and Milledgeville, GA.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
We're seeking candidates with:

- Proven event management experience, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work remotely and travel extensively, with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with others to promote urgent care services.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to drive projects independently.
- Persuasive communication skills and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to business growth through community engagement.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships for fostering community ownership.
