Position Summary:Events by RHC is looking for an Event Manager to join our dynamic team. We specialize in high touch,
upscale catering with an emphasis on excellence in service from start to finish. In this role, you will be
responsible for working directly with clients from start to finish to ensure that we not only bring their
vision to life but ensure RHC excellence is executed across the board. Responsibilities include food and
beverage planning, facilitating event logistics, rentals, communicating with staff about event execution,
and evaluating the success of each event.
This role will pay a salary of $75,000 to $85,000.

This position will remain open until November 30, 2024.
Responsibilities:- Work with Event Directors to capture and implement clients’ needs as it pertains to their food and beverage experience,
- Outline all event needs, such as event setup, necessary transportation accommodations, venue location, vendors, food and drink menus, floorplans and run of shows,
- Communicate with on-site staff through clear banquet event orders to ensure event logistic needs are met
- Maintain positive and flexible relationships with all clients and vendors,
- Apt communication with all departments to ensure all timelines and logistic needs are met,
- Ability to troubleshoot issues on site and effectively communicate all advances with the onsite service and culinary team,
- Activate engagement with culinary to ensure that all event details are properly reported to them,
- Liaison with onsite vendors to ensure seamless set up
- Activate participation in all internal meeting as well as a drive to ensure details are received from Event Directors in a timely manner,
- Exercise complete control over all onsite set up and logistics as well as staff communication and hand off,
- Produce and execute rental orders in accordance with budget,
- Ensure all staff levels are appropriate for the clients’ requests,
- Production of all events paperwork and details across multiple departments,
- Ability to assign and engage with best fit vessels for both beverage and culinary,
- Creation of all run of shows as it pertains to the event’s needs,
- Creation of all applicable mockups/directional assets to inform on site team of client expectations for food and beverage service,
- Engage in active feedback and preventative reporting with the Director of Event
- 3-5 years of Event Production and or relevant hospitality experience Flexible schedule based upon event needs
- Effective communication and management skills
- Ability to problem solve and manage multiple clients at once
- Financial acumen and excellence in client management and communication
