Job Summary:
As an Event Marketing and Promotions Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various marketing events and promotions. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the coordination of event logistics, engage with clients and attendees, and contribute to the overall success of our promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to develop event concepts, themes, and marketing strategies.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and material preparation.
• Engage with attendees and clients during events to provide excellent customer service and support.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media content, in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success and gather feedback for improvement.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and community organizations to support event initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to innovative event ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
