We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Event Planner/Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to final execution. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly, meet client expectations, and align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum [2-5] years of experience in event planning and coordination, with a proven track record of managing successful events.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Event Planner/Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of event planning, from initial concept to final execution. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly, meet client expectations, and align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Manage and oversee all stages of event planning, including brainstorming, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and event goals. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and coordinate with various vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators, audiovisual teams, entertainment, transportation) to ensure high-quality service and timely execution.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are executed within financial constraints. Recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Event Logistics: Oversee logistics such as venue selection, transportation, accommodations, permits, and supplies to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Marketing & Promotion: Assist with promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Help create event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
- On-Site Management: Be present during the event to ensure all details are executed as planned. Manage event staff, troubleshoot any issues, and make real-time decisions to resolve challenges.
- Post-Event Follow-Up: Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback from clients and attendees, and ensure all outstanding invoices or payments are processed.

Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with event planning software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
