Event Sales Coordinator - The Rustic

The Event Sales Coordinator role will be supporting all four of our concepts in the Houston market – The Rustic Downtown, The Rustic Galleria, The General Public and Bowl & Barrel City Center.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Area Director of Sales and Sales Managers as needed
- Use sales platforms including Triple Seat, Resy, and Qubica
- Update and share BEOs with the operations team
- Attend meetings and share key event details to ensure flawless execution
- Collect final headcounts by phone or email
- Greet clients and guests upon event arrival
- Reconcile event charges and ensure revenue collection post-event
- Send invoices and thank-you notes to clients after events
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or administrative roles
- Strong interpersonal skills reflecting positively on the venue and brand
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, creative, and highly organized
- Able to work well under pressure with excellent communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:
