Location: Arlington, Texas
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 / year

Job Summary:
As the Event Security Operations Manager at AT&T Stadium, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth and secure event operations. Under the direction of the General Manager, you’ll lead a team to achieve optimal efficiency and maximize profits. Your role will involve coaching and training the security operations workforce to enhance their skills and performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all event day security operations run smoothly, including recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Financial Management: Create staffing estimates, track costs, review contracts, supervise labor and subcontractors, and ensure accurate payroll and timely collections.
- Strategic Planning: Suggest operational strategies to improve execution and add value in a cost-effective manner.
- Communication: Effectively communicate goals to the game-day security team and maintain accurate records for internal and external reports.
- Customer Satisfaction: Proactively seek feedback from customers and meet with them regularly to ensure their needs are met.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coach subordinates, maintaining morale and productivity. Recruit and train team members as needed.
- Payroll and Scheduling: Ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll records and staff scheduling.
- Event Management: Oversee 3-5 private events per day, 40 major events per year, and deployments of up to 600 game day security personnel.
- Budget Adherence: Manage budgets, including overtime, labor percentages, profit rate, and revenue.
- Availability: Be on-call during weekends and evenings as needed, with up to 25% travel required.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Management Skills: Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Customer Focus: Maintain awareness and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Leadership Orientation: Act as a role model, guide, and mentor within the Operations Department.
- Initiative: Engage in proactive behavior and seek new project opportunities.
- Adaptability: Respond effectively to changes in situations or information.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous operations, service, or project management experience in event staffing, security, sports management, or athletics industries.
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, or hearing.
- Occasional climbing, stooping, bending, or reaching above shoulders.
- Work in confined spaces and various outdoor weather conditions.
- Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
