Schedule:
The program is targeted to operate 60 events annually. A standard two-session weekly schedule, with some opportunity for additional hours and work, looks like this:
" Monday (OFF)
" Tuesday: 6:00am to 5:00pm (11 hours)
" Wednesday: 7:00am to 2:30pm (8.5 hours)
" Thursday: 6:00am to 5:00pm (11 hours)
" Friday: 7:00am to 2:30pm (8.5 hours)

Client-EQ Experience is a 3-day, 2-night experiential training program, designed to electrify the hearts & minds of dealership and corporate associates and propel them into the future of the client. We are focused on providing a best-in-industry training experience for our colleagues through the utilization of innovative technology and personalized touches onsite. Ultimately, this program will help fast track Client s mission to be the Number 1 Luxury Electric Brand in the U.S.
Role Summary:
Client USA is proud to work with a diverse network of freelance talent to collaborate with our team on innovative experiential learning programs. We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, customer-service obsessed team player to join our onsite program team. Responsibilities include performing on the mic during program transfers, giving short training demonstrations and facilitated tours, assisting with event preparation, and more.
To be successful as an Event Specialist, you must have a passion for people. Outstanding Event Specialists have a keen ability to listen to participants, an ability to engage and inspire through storytelling, and demonstrate the heart of the program by actively engaging with others. This role is a 12-month contract opportunity based in Birmingham, AL.
What You ll Do:
" Learn scripts and perform on the mic as a host throughout the program
" Serve as dedicated tour guide throughout the program for a group of 48 guests per event
" Answer all questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly.
" Identify new learning opportunities, drive program recommendations and make suggestions to increase guest engagement.
" Provide superior customer service & onsite hospitality to attendees.
" Seek new ways to delight and surprise program participants.
" Document and share (photos, written quotes, etc) attendee experiences.
" Ensure high quality environments in all modules (check F&B, straighten and rearrange chairs, clean tables, set out pens and notebooks, etc).
" Educate, engage, and develop relationships with attendees.
" Cross-train to fill in and support hotel-based guest services tasks.
" Clean, count & return safety assigned team safety glasses.
" Write amenity cards and prep gift bags.
" Prep & maintain assigned team gear/items (umbrellas, ponchos, gifts, hats, medicine, etc).
" Cross-train to support pre-arrival and onsite registration communication.
