Job Overview:
Haus Acquisitions is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing a variety of company events and client engagements. In this role, you will assist with event logistics, coordination, and setup to ensure each event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary Range: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.
Prepare event materials, including name tags, signage, and promotional items.
Help set up and break down event spaces, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standard.
Act as an on-site point of contact during events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
Support in tracking event budgets, expenses, and necessary materials.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and report on event success and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event planning software is advantageous.
