Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and coordination of company events, including conferences, product launches, and client gatherings. As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure all events reflect our brand and are executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating both virtual and in-person events.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and materials preparation.
• Track event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote events and drive attendance.
• Organize event materials and handle on-site logistics during events.
• Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure event success.
• Assist with event evaluations and reporting for continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with event management software and MS Office Suite.
• Prior experience in event planning or project management is preferred.
