Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including corporate meetings, social gatherings, and promotional events.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to manage logistics and timelines.
• Support the team in event setup, on-site management, and breakdown.
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor budgets and ensure events are executed within financial constraints.
• Maintain event documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
