Job Description:
Story Lane Box is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our events team. In this role, you will assist in organizing, planning, and executing a variety of events, from corporate functions to private celebrations. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and excited to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, managing all logistical details.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure seamless event execution.
- Track event budgets and prepare cost-effective solutions.
- Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events.
- Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, registration, and attendee needs.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future event planning.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with event management software is a plus.
