Events and Catering Manager - Skillet'z Cafe

Skillet’z Cafe is seeking a highly organized and personable Events and Catering Manager to plan and execute memorable events and catering services. You will coordinate with clients, manage event logistics, and ensure that catering orders are fulfilled to Skillet’z Cafe standards. This role is ideal for someone with event planning experience who is enthusiastic about creating unique dining experiences. Requirements/Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage private events, catering orders, and in-house specials for guests • Work with clients to understand event needs, customizing Skillet’z Cafe’s offerings to suit their preferences • Manage event logistics, including menu planning, staffing, and coordinating with the kitchen team • Oversee catering delivery schedules, ensuring all orders are complete, on time, and meet quality standards • Maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote our catering services • Track expenses, manage event budgets, and provide invoices to clients Requirements: • Previous experience in event planning, catering, or hospitality management • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction Special Instructions Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call.
