Schedule: 1 Year (hybrid schedule Tue-Thursday onsite)
Pay: Up to $47.10/hour DOE

Planet Interactive is looking for an Event Coordinator to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will work 40 hours per week and does require a hybrid schedule working Tuesday-Thursday onsite in their office in Culver City or Los Angeles, CA.
This role requires experience working in event and meeting coordination or conference center event coordination.
Event Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage events for both in-person and virtual settings.
- Collaborate with the assigned team and internal customers to complete tasks like managing space reservations, coordinating internal events, campus celebrations, production events, and more.
- Handle all aspects of event coordination from space reservations, calendar management, work orders, event set-up, tear down, and recaps.
- Act as the point of contact for events for internal and external vendors.
- Create and update essential documents, process and procedure guides, best practices, and key metrics.
- Drive engaging, fun, collaborative, and on-brand experiences for internal teams.
- Ensure that all deadlines, timelines, and goals are met through the events planned.
- Follow operating procedures and policies while putting together events.
- Compile event recaps in Keynote and budget reports in Numbers.
Event Coordinator Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in event and meeting coordination.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A portfolio or examples of past event work if possible.
- Experienced with Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar.
