Events Coordinator - SSP

About the Job
E-commerce experience (either in web or mobile).Plan, coordinate and execute of all training events, sponsorship opportunities, and speaking engagements. Oversight of event-related training databases, as well as event budgeting and reporting. Report to the Program Sponsor Coordinate, plan and manage all activities related to events. . Identify and negotiate with appropriate off-site venues and vendors regarding all aspects of events. Work closely with colleagues in other departments (catering, office services, IT, receptionists, etc.) to coordinate on-site and virtual event logistics. Work with internal clients on event strategy, from pre-event planning to obtaining post-event feedback. Create and manage event budgets. On-site and virtual set-up and attendance. Provide post-event analysis and reports. Work with internal and outside conference organizers. Assist business development team with the creation of presentation materials and other event-related material.
A proven track record of organizing successful events Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint - MS Teams a plus). Excellent vendor management skills Knowledge of basic recruitment practices Outstanding communication and negotiation ability Well-organized with multi-tasking skills Able to handle stress and remain calm Problem-solving ability
