Events Manager - Nesco Resource, LLC

Our manufacturing client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to plan and execute all aspects of events and tradeshows, including registrations, shipping displays, ordering show services, and marketing collateral. The role involves developing display designs including concepting, wire diagrams, performing quality control reviews, and creating detailed timelines for each event. You will work with internal and external display manufacturing services to establish procedures for seamless event execution. Responsibilities also include coordinating with vendors, customers, and event companies supporting customer factory visits, tracking event costs, adhering to budgets, assessing ROI, building cross-departmental relationships, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven success in event planning or coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in display design and development
• Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle pressure and make good decisions quickly

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in display development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Flexibility for occasional travel and working outside standard business hours, as needed
