Position Summary:The Events Server In Training is responsible for the set-up, execution, and breakdown of events. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, adaptable, and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. We ask our team members to maintain excellent attendance and availability to work events as scheduled per business needs.
This role pays an hourly wage of $22 to $25.

- Committment to schedule is expected
- Demonstrate excellence in guest service, interactions with co-workers, and compliance with uniform and grooming standards.
- Serve passed foods, beverages, or plated meals to guests, replenish food stations or bars, and attend to food stations, bars, buffets, or coat check with comprehensive knowledge of all items.
- Assist in unloading and loading equipment, products, or goods to and from event venues, capable of handling up to 50 pounds of weight.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both event space and back-of-house areas.
- Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards across all areas.
- Perform any standard duties or tasks assigned related to service setup, execution, and breakdown.

- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.
