EVV-Billing Clerk - Four K Health Care, LLC

Four K Health Care is seeking an EVV-Billing Clerk! Four K Health Care is a growing Medicaid Waiver agency providing expert care to clients with intellectual disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. Our EVV-Billing Clerk assists us in ensuring we provide the best client care possible.

The EVV-Billing Clerk works closely with the program director, personal care attendants, clients, guardians, and our team to ensure that our clients receive timely, efficient services. In this position, you will play a vital role in monitoring and managing the in-home attendant services our clients receive. This role requires expert levels of interpersonal communication, attention to detail, time management, and problem solving.

Responsibilities include:

-Serving under the Executive and Billing team. You are responsible for monitoring, billing, and correcting all EVV visits.

-Overseeing and managing employee compliance to all state EVV regulations.

-Entering and managing attendant schedules and authorizations.

-Billing therapy visits through agency software.

-Tracking client Medicaid eligibility. Reporting all findings to upline supervisor and Program Director.

-Maintaining a professional manner while dealing with coworkers, attendants, guardians, clients, and case managers.

-Working efficiently using the company software.

Our highest priority is to foster relationships with our clients, guardians, and supports staff to ensure the best service possible. This is achieved through highly detail processes where clear and proper documentation is critical.

This position is full-time office-based in New Braunfels, Texas. Pay is based on experience and knowledge. This position comes with the potential to grow and advance in pay and position within the company.
