Magers Excavation has an opening for a driven, hard working excavation foreman to join our growing team! We are seeking individuals who wish to grow in their ability as a skilled dirt work operator, leadership of a team, and ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.

Job Requirements:
- A knowledge base of fine and mass grading, erosion and sediment control, aggregate and rip rap installation, and culverts.
- Ability to operate: Excavator, Dozer, Scraper, Tractor and Pan Scraper, Loader, And Dump Truck is an asset.
- CDL is considered an asset.
- Ability to layout a job and set elevations considered an asset.
- Ability to read a job blueprint considered an asset.
- Knowledge of a GPS equipment considered an asset.
- Ability to manage a crew, delegate tasks and train junior operators.
- Maintain/ schedule equipment service and maintenance logs.
- Log and track job actuals, equipment usage and man hours.
