Your Role as Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. From managing financial tasks to maintaining a well-stocked store, you will ensure everything runs smoothly. In the Store Manager's absence, you will confidently take charge, maintaining operational efficiency and high performance.

In addition to operational tasks, you'll be a leader within the team. You will support your colleagues in their roles and foster a positive, high-energy atmosphere. Your key responsibilities include preparing schedules, managing payroll, monitoring labor costs, and overseeing both opening and closing duties. You'll also help organize sales promotions and lead community engagement efforts to keep the store welcoming and efficient for both customers and staff.

Customer Service Excellence

Providing excellent customer service is a top priority. As Assistant Manager, you will set the tone for the team, ensuring every member delivers friendly, efficient service.
