Executive Administrative Assistant - Gpac

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team!

Min Background Requirements:

• 1-2 Years minimum background of Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• Attends appointments with primary Attorney, keeping him organized, keeping his calendar. (Personal Assistant)
• Take notes/transcribing notes.
• Drafting, create design templates for trusts, flow charts.
• Tech savvy - Microsoft, Office Suites, Excel, PowerPoint, Curo, Sharefile, Trello
• Preferably obtained Paralegal Certification, but not required
• Engaging, personable, hardworking, stable, go-getter, with reliable transportation.
• Will travel to other offices with Attorney when appointments require it.
