Executive/Administrative Support
Our client, a prestigious law firm in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking a skilled and versatile professional for a full-time position. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, playing a key role in the firm's operations and client engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex schedules and correspondence
- Develop and maintain various documents and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Facilitate meetings and assist in event planning
- Create compelling presentations
- Oversee partnership and membership initiatives
- Handle diverse administrative tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role (doesn't have to be a law firm)
