Administrative Assistant. This position will be located at our headquarters in Germantown, MD onsite daily.
Candidate should already know Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams – ADVANCED EXEL – V-LOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES, RECENT PPT – MAKING SLIDES.
Concur for expense reimbursement and Travel bookings – a big PLUS!!!

Responsibilities:
- Support department executive and staff for scheduling, telephone and email contact, meetings, timekeeping and budgeting.
- Provide logistical, data entry and record keeping support for engineering activities including travel, recruiting, purchasing, office supplies, new hire onboarding, etc.
- Assist in software development processes including document approval and control, license purchases and renewals, and other tracking functions.
- Back up other Administrative Assistants within Engineering as needed.
- Maintain security, integrity and confidentiality of information.
- Answer executive phones and direct calls as needed.
- Arrange staff travel and submit expense reports.
- Track department expenses and reconcile department purchasing card.
- Organize group events and meetings.
- Follow up on time reporting to ensure completion by team members.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in a related role
- 2 or more years using MS Office Suite and Outlook/Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good oral and written communication
- Good interpersonal and team skills
- Ability to multi-task and follow-up
