Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant

Position type: Full-Time - Contract 

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Use company travel system to coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Interact positively with all levels within the organization, including senior executives, corporate counterparts and co-workers while projecting a positive, collaborative, professional image in all interactions.
• Additional duties include providing telephone support, assisting with preparation of organization-wide communications, expense report preparation, mail and paperwork distribution, filing, copying and other general tasks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma with a minimum of 8 years related administrative experience or Associate Degree with a minimum of 4 years related administrative experience.
• At least 5 years of experience handling multiple simultaneous projects, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook including Teams).

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
