PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: August 19, 2024 – February 18, 2025
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Firm-calm-strong personality to support EXIM Board of Directors and other agency executives, delegates, key points of contacts. Candidate should demonstrate true organization skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environment, able to appropriately self-direct, successfully detailed oriented, routinely presents a professional demeanor and appearance, able to hold information confidentially, and self-learner with ability and desire to self-teach.
REQUIRED AND DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Minimum Education – High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience – 5 years of previous office administrative and scheduler experience.
- Preferred Education - University/college degree.
- Preferred Experience – Previous experience supporting C-Suite executives.
- Preferred Certification and/or Licensing – Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
- Expert capabilities in scheduling and usage of Scheduling Assistant in MS Outlook and Teams Proficiency,
- Experience with Concur (government travel system),
- Organization,
- Reporting skills,
- Verbal communication,
- Typing,
- Written communications,
- Knowledgeable user of Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint,
- Other Microsoft Office 365 skills,
- Confidentiality,
- Responsive, and Professionalism.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers emails,
- Schedules and confirms appointments,
- Arrange both domestic and international
- Organizes appointments by reading and routing correspondence and managing assignments,
- Manages calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, and teleconferences,
- Completes requests by answering or referring inquiries,
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential,
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems mainly in SharePoint,
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and
- Prepares printed material in support of key meetings.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday through Friday, except for Federal holidays or when the Government is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed closings.
Core hours are between 7am ET to 6pm ET. There would be some flexibility for actual hours.

On-Site – 3+ days per week
Off Site – 2 days maximum
TRAVEL:
Travel shall not be undertaken unless authorized in advance, in writing, by the COR.
Clearance Level Required: Must be able to pass a Federal Background check.
