Executive Assistant needed for a 6-8 week contract assignment at a faith based organization in Sanford, FL

-Executive Assistant experience is required

-Experience keeping calendars and expenses

-Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, Google Drive, etc.)

-Strong communication and presentation skills

-Desire to work in a faith-based environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provides administrative support to the Office of the Vice President of Administration to include services for corporate and legal affairs. This role involves providing comprehensive assistance to the Vice President by managing his schedule and correspondence, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks. This role acts as a liaison between the Vice President and the Administration department and external and internal contacts, facilitating effective communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries, while handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. The administrative support is also responsible for drafting and proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records and documentation. This role is pivotal in supporting the Vice President in his day-to-day responsibilities and contributing to the overall success of the Administration department. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.

Hours are 8:00-5:00, M-F

Pay rate: $26-31/hour (depending on experience)
