About the Job
We are currently looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Management Team Members, and the Center’s Board of Trustees.
The primary duties of the Executive Assistant are:
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings for senior management team and accurately recording and transcribing meeting minutes.
- Coordinating fundraising events, including the Blick Tie Event, with the Fund Development Committee of the Board and others as assigned.
- Provides revisions and orders marketing materials as requested.
- Maintains and manages all board and executive correspondence and documentation in the management team drive.
- Assists with DODD and CARF compliance and with preparation for reviews.
- UI/MUI Committee assistance with documentation compliance for Day Programs, Behavioral Health and Money Management.
- Assist the Clinical Director with uploading/transferring outcome information in Sure Impact.
- Maintains confidentiality of all personnel and official Blick Center Information.
- Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness by taking appropriate actions with minimal direction as situations arise.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- High level skill in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, board members, and external agencies.
- Ability to perform duties with only general supervision and exercise independent action to meet requirements of the position.
- High energy level.
- Effective conflict resolution skills.
