About the Job
NexGen is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Executive assistant will manage mostly business related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.

What Will I Do?
- Manage Conference Room schedule
- Assist the CEO and Executive team with general tasks like managing their schedule, inbox, expense reports, travel arrangements, and other miscellaneous tasks
- Preparing reports, memos, and other documents
- Helping prepare for meetings
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence
- Provide general administrative support
- Other administrator duties as needed
Do I have What it Takes?
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office role
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
