Job Location:
This is a hybrid position requiring work onsite in Arlington, VA, 2-3 days a week.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support Blake Willson Group's CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to go above and beyond to ensure the smooth operation of executive schedules and business tasks. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing high-level support in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility, professionalism, and exceptional organizational skills are key to success in this role. In this position, you will also:
- Be responsible for CEO scheduling and calendar coordination, note-taking, inbox management, ghostwriting, presentation generation, and expense reporting, while maintaining the utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, contributing to the achievement of company strategic goals
- Provide meeting support (agendas, materials, pre-meeting documentation, and take detailed notes)
- Screen/prioritize correspondence (email/phone calls) and tasks aligned with strategic/executive objections. Ensure timely follow-ups as needed
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant.
- 2 years of experience supporting a C-Level Suite Executive.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Teams and Planner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting information to a group(s).
- Must be able to anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address logistical/administrative requirements to facilitate productive meetings.
- Must be able to think and prioritize tasks strategically to support the CEO in achieving company goals.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in government contracting.
- Experience supporting a fast-growing small business.
At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
