About You
You are an experienced and energetic administrative professional capable of delivering high-quality and fast-paced support to your visionary Executive while maintaining a patient and positive demeanor. You're a self-starter, strong finisher, great communicator, and team player with strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). You enjoy organizing busy calendars and inboxes and won't let small tasks fall through the cracks. You've supported an Executive in the past where confidentiality and discretion were easy due to your strong integrity.
About the Role
This is a robust role as Kokora's current EA is moving into the Chief of Staff role and the company is rapidly expanding. Your responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following:
- Support Ric (and in certain cases the team) in administration, calendar, email, and travel management
- Filing documents and keeping them accessible for CEO on all computer software interfaces
- Support CEO with overseeing contract manufacturers and organize COA's, SOP's and GMP's
- Coordinate with social media marketing contractor for CEO content review
- Make necessary logistical arrangements for meetings, take minutes during meetings and execute follow-up on key action items
- Work with the legal team to ensure necessary documentation of business practices, trademarks, and patents
- Act as a liaison between CEO and the Executive team enabling dynamic flow and execution between both parties
- Support marketing and visibility efforts
- Support CoS in the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Support team event planning as needed

This is a full-time, W2, fully remote position. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST) with the expectation of a minimum of 40 work hours per week that will fluctuate with workload.
Compensation is between $60-70k/year, based on experience. Health insurance and PTO are available 90 days after the hire date.
