EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM
Base Salary is $115K to $135K (based upon candidate and experience); and Paid OT (if worked)

Solidly established Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced, highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented administrative/executive support professional to join its growing organization as an Executive Assistant supporting a Managing Director and their Senior Reports within the firm's Convertible Arbitrage Strategy (CAS) and Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) Groups.
Executive Assistants at the firm are accustomed to having ownership over their work product and thrive in fast-paced work environments.
We work in a hybrid model where you will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating complex schedules and logistics, anticipating principals' needs, prioritizing tasks, liaising with internal business units and external parties, offering support for key projects, planning travel and events, and providing general administrative assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- At least Six to Eight (6-8) years of Relevant Experience.
- Excel at working independently and as part of a team and be able to successfully manage multiple projects at once with a proactive approach.
- Able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
- Proven Microsoft Office Suite Skills specially Outlook.
- Flexible, diligent individual with well-developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as keen organizational, analytical, time management, and multitasking abilities.
