Key Responsibilities
- Support the President of the company with administrative tasks and projects
- Calendar management and travel arrangements, expense reports
- Meeting preparation, presentation preparation and review
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and problem-solve as issues arise
- Maintaining records, organizing documents, streamlining process as applicable
- Maintain professional and timely correspondence and communication
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of recent experience directly supporting the President and executive-level leadership in an administrative capacity
- Proficiency with word, outlook, powerpoint, and excel
- Trucking background/knowledge preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects with a high degree of accuracy
Compensation and Schedule
- This is a direct hire position with salary range of 50-65k depending on experience
- This position is onsite and will need the candidate to travel to the office.
