Role: Executive Assistant

Description: Hedgelan Consulting seeks a qualified and highly motivated professional to provide full-time, virtual support at NIH.

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:

· Associates degree in related discipline of Business Management and Administration.

· Minimum five (5) years of related experience.

· Expertise in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Excel, Zoom, MS Office and MS Teams.

· Must have skills and significant experience in the following areas:

§ Meeting minutes/summary reports

§ Meeting coordination

§ Calendaring

§ Executive level support

§ Travel planning

· Must have excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

· Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written.

· Prior NIH working experience a bonus.

· Must be highly organized, efficient and have ability to multi-task across multiple different projects.

Statement of Work:

1. Provides executive expertise needed to coordinate, improve, and oversee the overall functioning of the office.

2. Schedules and maintains an accurate tracking system of all activities.

3. Reviews and comments on new or proposed changes to existing policies, procedures or systems.

4. Plans and completes various special projects

5. Arranges conferences and meetings and contacts attending professionals, makes travel arrangements, maintains complex schedules and calendars, and advises staff on the most effective method and format of presentations.

6. Updates databases and spreadsheets and creates reports for management.

7. Maintains inventory and initiates purchase requests.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
