Executive Assistant at Beacon Hill

Our client, an investment firm in Boston, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team! This role is onsite in Boston, full time hours Monday through Friday, approximately for three months with potential to extend, and paying between $35-40/hour, pending experience. Primary Responsibilities

• Manage complex and high-volume calendars
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Process expense reports and vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Strong MS Office
• 5+ years of EA experience, ideally within financial services/investment industry
