The Executive Assistant will provide complex administrative support and oversee projects in support of the Director of the Massachusetts Institute for Equity-Focused Learning Health System Science (Mass EQLHS) and the Center for Learning Healthcare Delivery. They will serve as a key point of contact for faculty, staff, partners, trainees, and funders; as such, they need to have excellent interpersonal diplomacy skills, time management, and attention to detail. They will provide support for activities including scheduling, messaging, CME applications, education, and annual reporting. As one of the missions of the Institute is to develop a new research workforce, the EA will assist in troubleshooting issues, collecting, managing and tracking scholars’ and program activities and reimbursements. They will provide complex scheduling support of Institute and Center activities, conferences, travel, take meeting notes and assist in developing professional reports, research deliverables, and presentation materials. This individual will play a critical role in all functions of the Institute and Center and as such, the ability to independently initiate, organize, and implement systems and procedures to efficiently manage administrative processes are important.
