Are you an experienced Executive Assistant, motivated by delivering high level service and support?
Bring your expertise , forward-thinking mentality, can do attitude and your ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment to support our Supply Chain Vice President!
Core Responsibilities
+ Proactive support daily management dutiese.g.calendar management, reporting, travel booking, visa application, event planning
+ Manage the AMS SCO meeting agendas
+ Attend LT meetings, responsible for note taking, capturingactionsand following up accordingly
+ Contributor to strengthen collaboration and partner management towards relevant partners
+ Detailed planning and coordination of meetings,workshopsand seminars.
+ Ad hoc project coordination in support of leadership team
+ Responsible for the year calendar for the VP and the AMS SCO Leadership team (Town Halls, regular meetings, seminars, collaboration meetings)
+ Supports Global Core Processes (people,financeand comms plan)
+ Coordinate/organize team social activities

Do you have what it takes?
+ Efficient Task Management and Coordination
+ 3-5 years' experience in general office supporting and managing role.
+ 1-2 years Basic knowledge and experience in providing leadership and management support.
+ 1-2 years Basic knowledge and experience of project management
+ Experienced user of Microsoft Products, IT platforms and Apps
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities andprioritizeown work.
+ Being used to working with a diverse group of partners
Additional details on this position
This position will initially be based at 10 St. James Street in Boston, MA, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by the mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

The salary for this position has a range of <$72k - $109k> based onanticipatedresponsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.The comprehensiveremunerationdetails, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
