Boulder Community Health is looking for anExecutive Assistantwho provides administrative and strategic support for vice presidents and the senior leadership team.

Qualifications 

•Associates degree or equivalent administrative assistant experience required.

•Bachelor’s degree and/or business or health care related courses preferred.

•State of Colorado Notary Public preferred.

•Five or more years of mid- or executive-level professional office administrative support experience required.

•Experience event and/or travel planning.

•Hospital or medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

1.Assistant to Vice Presidents and other Senior Leaders

a.    Pairs with BCH Vice Presidents (typically two to four VPs) to provide direct administrative support. 

b.    May pair with Associate Vice President(s), Director(s), and/or the Controller to provide direct administrative support.

c.    Provides administrative support for other senior leaders and the Management Council team, as needed.

d.    Manages and coordinates  the calendars of those they support, schedules meetings, ensuring conflicts are resolved, proactively providing reminders, and exercising discretion and confidentiality. (50% of time or as needed)

e.    Arranges travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and event registration.
