About the Job
Educational institution located in the Bronx, New York, is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to start ASAP through November 30th, 2024 to support the CEO. This role will require 5 days on-site form 8:30/9am-5pm with availability to be reached after-hours for urgent items. The ideal candidate has a proactive and professional approach who can move quickly and keep the CEO on track on a daily basis. Pay rate up to $35/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management for CEO; manage schedule, schedule and reschedule meetings as needed
- Responsible for phone and email correspondence on behalf of CEO
- Handle mailings and documentation upon request
- Keep CEO on track with reminders throughout the day and schedule management
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant
- Must be well-versed in Google Suite and tech-savvy
- Proactive individual who takes initiative and is extremely organized
- Ability to be flexible based on CEO's schedule and potentially go to the organization's Central Park West location upon request
