How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
Intellia is looking for an experiencedExecutive Assistant to support the administrative needs of a growing Human Resources team. The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide administrative assistance with complex calendars, scheduling of meetings with internal and external partners, as well as assisting with various projects across the HR team. The the successful candidate must be discreet and have a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information. Additionally, the individual must able to interact professionally with all levels and functions within the company, as well as with external partners. The position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Responsibilities:
Managing complex calendars including scheduling meetings, both internal and external
Handling and compiling confidential materials including Board materials
Compiling and preparing presentations and agendas for meetings
Expense reporting
Assisting across various HR activities including but not limited to: candidate scheduling, L&D event coordination, HR offsites etc.
Collaborate, coordinate, and act as back-up to other assistants
Other projects and duties as assigned
About You:
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who takes direction well, has excellent organizational skills, thrives with multi-tasking, and can handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactivity is a must! You have exceptional interpersonal skills, and you maintain a high level of attention to detail and data integrity in everything that you do. Ideally you have proficiency in MS Office applications (specifically PowerPoint and Excel). No task is too big or small. The role is hybrid and this individual is expected to be on-site on HR team days as well as when your executive is on site. As a member of the HR team, it’s imperative to demonstrate a great attitude, good judgement, helpfulness, friendliness, and a calm demeanor at all times.

The HR team is truly seen as a strategic partner to the business. We are a collaborative bunch of 15, including Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners. The team is hybrid and goes into the office 1/day week.
