We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives at the company's headquarters in Chantilly, VA. This role is integral to the seamless operation of the leadership team and requires the ability to work independently, exhibit a high degree of professionalism, and manage multiple responsibilities with precision and tact.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid role with a blend of onsite and remote responsibilities. Candidates should be able to report to our Chantilly, VA headquarters as needed and adjust schedules as required by executive and board demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to C-level executives, managing their schedules, prioritizing tasks, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Serve as a liaison between executives and business unit leaders, ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration across teams.
- Board and Stakeholder Relations: Work closely with the board and senior leadership, facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting actions and decisions.
- Travel and Logistics Management: Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for executives, ensuring all details are organized and timely.
- Office Operations: Maintain a welcoming office environment, order supplies, greet visitors, and support various office functions as needed.
- Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally in a government contracting or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Costpoint, Deltek, Concur, Zoom, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to operate with grace, responsiveness, attention to detail, and assertiveness.
- Other Qualifications:
- Availability for occasional travel as required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
