Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior executives. This temporary role, starting November 11th, is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex schedules and communications with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Oversee the scheduling of meetings and manage conflicting time demands for senior leaders.
- Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including necessary documentation.
- Expense Reporting: Process and submit expense reports, timesheets, and purchase orders accurately and promptly.
- Meeting Preparation: Arrange logistics for team meetings, including catering and visitor setup.
- Administrative Support: Maintain distribution lists, order supplies, and assist with ad hoc office needs.
- Collaborative Coverage: Act as a backup to other Executive Assistants and administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Assistant role, supporting senior-level staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Availability to assist outside regular hours, as needed.
Additional Details
- Contract Start Date: November 11th
- Length of Assignment: Approximately 6-8 weeks
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
