Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
Manage schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Education/Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess an Active security clearance (Secret,
Top Secret, TS/SCI), and be located in or willing to relocate to
Colorado Springs, CO, El Segundo, CA or Huntsville, AL.
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Extensive experience in executive-level support services, protocol,
information management, and administrative support activities, including
Executive Staff Support Functions, Military Protocol Information
Management/Operations Support.
Demonstrated ability to interface with senior leadership within the
government, federally funded research and development centers, or
government support/development contractors.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Defense Travel System (DTS), and other
relevant software.
