Our DISH Media Ad Sales team, headquartered in New York City with additional offices in Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles, empowers brands to reach their target audiences seamlessly across the DISH and Sling platforms. Specializing in data-driven addressable and programmatic advertising solutions, this innovative and passionate team excels in navigating the dynamic TV advertising landscape.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, coordinating all aspects of scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings
- Travel Coordination: Oversee detailed domestic and international travel itineraries and process expense reports
- Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including catering, accommodations, AV, and presentation materials (e.g., team meetings, annual planning offsites, morale-building activities)
- Office Management: Manage current office space and help plan team space and facilitate an office move scheduled for 2026
- Order/maintain office supplies
- Manage onboarding of new NYC hires (W-9s, securing badges, etc)
- Stock and maintain kitchen pantries
- Collaboration: Partner proactively with other Executive Assistants throughout the EchoStar Organization
- Meeting Attendance: Attend key team meetings, take notes, track and help drive the completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple executive-level calendars
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in domestic and some international travel coordination and settling expenses
- Familiarity with Google Suite (mail, calendar, chat) and related applications
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant with cable, broadcast, or streaming services in the entertainment industry
- Strong writing and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Good judgment with the ability to prioritize and execute assignments accurately.
- High level of confidentiality and diplomacy
- A proactive problem-solver, meticulous project manager, and enthusiastic team player
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Proficiency in creating presentation decks for internal and external partners

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

Salary Range:USD $68200.00 - $97350.00 / Year
