Position Overview:QinetiQ US is looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support C-Level leaders at our Aberdeen Proving Ground customer site.
Responsibilities:- Responsibilities include providing overall coordination and management of all facets of executive administrative support to senior leadership. Specifically, calendar/meeting management, coordination, preparation, and execution.
- Responsibilities include analyzing incoming meeting requirements, actions, and requests to determine senior leader involvement and or delegate to appropriate functional areas throughout the organization.
- Ability to effectively review and interpret incoming data, reports, briefing materials, etc. to ensure they are properly staffed, accurate and complete for the senior leader.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing to senior leaders. Ability to accurately recite guidance/information on behalf of senior leader to subject matter experts.
- Ability to utilize current office automation tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- At least 3 years of experience in executive administration.
- Active DOD Secret or higher level clearance. #qinetiqclearedjob
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively review and interpret incoming data, reports, briefing materials, etc.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint) and other office automation tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working in an international business.
- Demonstrated experience working for senior leader in the defense contracting industry.
- Experience working with the Defense Travel System (DTS) for travel coordination.
