Provide administrative support to high-level senior management and perform a wide range of administrative and organizational support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

- Attention to detail, critical/logical thinking, ability to manage logistics, ability to take feedback and implement improvements, ability to engage with executive leadership at the appropriate level.
- Follows well-defined procedures and practices.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence for executives.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and other projects
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and make appointments.
- Liaison between management and employees or other stakeholders.
- Complete expense reports (preferred SAP Concur experience).
- Submit access requests for employees.
- Preparing notes, reports, and presentations for meetings.
