We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to our executive team.
This position involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will not only be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations but will also be handling information requests, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications, managing confidential information.
- Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile information needed for reports and presentations.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents, records, and databases.
- Support the executives in project management and tracking progress.
- Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
- Collate and file expenses.
- Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to anticipate executive needs.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
