Executive Assistant - Ultimate Staffing Services

We are working with a company in Fort Worth seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism and discretion, as you will be working closely with top-level management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and presentations on behalf of executives.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups for meetings.
• Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
• Coordinate and manage executive-level events, both internal and external.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Track and process expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executive
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Skills: Advanced in Microsoft suite applications
