Under minimum supervision performs the advanced secretarial functions required in preparation of correspondence and complex reports, spreadsheets and graphs. Supports the Administrator and Patient Care Director with scheduling, meeting minutes, agenda preparation; maintains integrated files for both; etc. Supports both with organizational and administrative details. Functions as both reception and administrative support. Presents highly professional and warm image to staff, public and clients.
Qualifications:In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- ON SITE REQUIRED / NOT REMOTE
- GED / HS diploma required.
- Ability to speak, read and write the English language; must have advanced word-processing skills, power point, excel, spreadsheets, graphs; executive secretarial experience preferred but will consider other comparable experience in the business setting.
- Demonstrates excellent grammar, spelling and editing
skills; organizational and communications skills.
