Summary:
Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support a VP and Director in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time.
Required Skills:
Executive Assistant, Global Recruiting Responsibilities:
1. Perform administrative tasks including: complex calendar management for meetings and efficient time investment
2. Manage team meeting schedule, structure, agenda and follow-up
3. Project manage all logistics for team off-sites, team meetings, structure, agenda and follow-up
4. Project manage the preparation of presentations and briefs for meetings as well as the communication strategy for the leader and organization
5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
7. Coordinate internal and external meetings
8. Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
9. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
10. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
11. Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings
12. Build cross-functional relationships between departments
13. Partner closely with organizations lead admins
14. Communicate key organization and company updates to admins and cross-functional partners
15. General office duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications:

16. 5+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
17. 5+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
18. 5+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
19. Experience prioritizing multiple projects
20. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Public Compensation:
$47.16/hour to $67.50/hour + bonus + equity + benefits
